⚙ Month Configuration
Set Nepali month, calendar start day, and total days. This drives all week calculations.
📦 SKU Master & Monthly Targets
Add SKUs, set Monthly Target and Opening Stock. NET REQUIRED = Monthly Target − Opening Stock (editable).
⚠ Instructions: Select SKU from dropdown — Segment and UOM auto-fill.
📊 Admin bulk upload (recommended): Click "⬇ Monthly Template" → Download CSV with all SKUs → Fill Monthly_Target AND Opening_Stock columns → Click "📊 Upload Monthly Data". Both fields are set at once. Production team sees correct NET REQUIRED automatically — no manual entry needed.
✏ Manual entry: Type directly in Monthly Target and Opening Stock fields per SKU row.

🔄 New Month Reset

This will clear all Plan and Actual data for the current month. SKU list will be kept. Export your CSV before resetting.

⚠ This action cannot be undone in this portal. Export data first.

📦 SKU Master Management

💡 SKUs added here are saved to SharePoint CG_SKU_Master list permanently. They appear in the dropdown for all users immediately — no HTML editing needed. If CG_SKU_Master list does not exist in SharePoint yet, create it first (see guide below).
